Hey guys! As many of you know, the subject global warming is getting more and more popular, and things to do to save the environment are becoming more common. Here’s another good one…BLACKLE! Blackle is just like Google, except everything is black. You see, it takes FAR more energy to process the colour white then it does black. Massive Update (this time I have a reason for not being able to update)

Hi guys! Read the title and you’ll know I have a reason! The reason is my aunt, uncle, and 2 cousins were coming for X’mas, and 1 of my cousins was hogging the computer, then we went on a skiing trip to Panoroma, B.C. Which adds up to this: I ALMOST missed the X’mas party, I missed a pin (ugh, that’s really bad, shoulda asked a friend to help me out), and a really messed computer (somehow she managed to make the graphics turn into a living hell). Well, anyhow, I guess the losses aren’t too great considering I haven’t been on the comp for nearly a month. Let’s get to the updates, now.

X’mas party of course…and it’s ok for what I know. There are antlers, the good old ‘05 X’mas scarf, and the big bad Santa Hat (repeat). The decorations get a 7.3/10, decent, but it can definetly use some work for sure…I can’t say much, since I haven’t been on for really long. Besides, I think I covered most of it!

Coins for Change: The CP Official blog say it was a success, saying 2 billion was donated (pffft, I was looking for 5B+). Here is how it was distributed (in real life change):

• $394,000.00 was donated to the AIDS foundation (yes, that’s good)
• $330,000.00 was donated to the Environment (WWF)
• $276,000.00 was donated to poor or developing countries around the world

Total:$1,000,000.00 (1 million dollars)

So, lets do some math (ohh boy). If you don’t want to read it, then w/e, but I’m doing it either way. So if 2,000,000,000 (2B) PC (Penguin Coins) means 1,000,000 in real money, then (going to get calculator) 2000 dollars will be 1 real dollar (2,000,000,000÷1,000,000).

HAPPY NEW YEAR! My family got to stay up till 5 and play Wii (though really only 4 of us did, out of 8).

Last but least, the 2 new pins. The one you can still get is in the Lodge Attic on the lower right wall beside the horse (it’s a wreath), and the one you can no longer get is in the Coffee Shop on the plant in the upper left (it was a poinsettia)
